With two CMAA golden guitar nominations and a Music Victoria nomination already under their belt, STR are proudly carrying on the incredible musical legacy of Jim’s mother Anne Kirkpatrick and grandparents Slim Dusty and Joy McKean.

In 2023 Small Town Romance released Home Fires and Cut & Run, the first two singles off their sophomore album due out in May 2024. A sonically luxurious country-soul exploration followed by a tex-mex, tongue in cheek portrait of a pants man on the lam. These two singles are an exciting glimpse of what is to come.
