The R U OK? Conversation Convoy on the road again travelling across the country to help more Australians understand the important role they play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues.

This month, the R U OK? Conversation Convoy will travel 33 days across 7,400 km through regional communities in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria before looping back through New South Wales to the Australian Capital Territory.

They’ll be catching up with locals for a cuppa and a chat at the Ararat Town Hall on 30 October.  Come down for a free BBQ from 5.30pm, followed by the ‘Locals Know Best’ Workshop hosted by an R U OK? Day ambassador from 6pm – 7pm.
